Usage Instructions

Recommended dosage: 1 sachet per m³ of actual void space in the container (total container volume minus cargo volume) for voyages exceeding 30 days at RH > 80%. Quick calculation: 20ft container (33 m³, cargo occupying 70%) → 10 m³ void → 10 sachets; scale accordingly for 40ft. Tie the strap to a rail or crossbar — place one sachet per side, or distribute evenly along the container length. Do not allow saturated CaCl₂ gel to contact metal cargo directly. Photograph the container before sealing to confirm sachet count and position. A sachet weighing more than 250 g above its original weight is saturated and requires replacement. Do not reuse after a voyage.
