You may not reproduce, republish, distribute, modify, or use any content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from CEMACOSG. Technical documents (datasheets, MSDS, COA) downloaded from this website are permitted solely for internal supplier evaluation purposes.

Submitting an RFQ form on this website does not constitute a purchase contract. Quotations issued by CEMACOSG are valid for the period stated on the quotation (typically 15–30 days) and are subject to change based on raw material price movements. A purchase contract takes effect only when both parties sign a written agreement or when the customer pays a deposit or full payment per agreed terms. Prices shown on the website (if any) are indicative and exclude applicable taxes, freight, and surcharges.

Accepted payment method: domestic bank transfer. Specific payment terms (deposit, advance payment, or trade credit) are defined in the contract for each order. Standard delivery lead time: 3–5 business days for stock items; 7–15 business days for OEM custom-printed or bespoke orders. Lead times are calculated from the date payment or deposit is confirmed per contract terms. CEMACOSG delivers to customer warehouses within Ho Chi Minh City; inter-provincial delivery is by prior arrangement.

CEMACOSG products are warranted under the storage conditions specified on the packaging and datasheet. Return conditions: manufacturing defects (not resulting from improper storage) are eligible for exchange within 7 days of receipt, accompanied by a written defect report. OEM custom-printed products ordered to customer specification are non-returnable unless the defect is attributable to CEMACOSG. Orders below MOQ (minimum order quantity per SKU) are not eligible for the exchange policy. All claims must be submitted in writing to info@cemacosg.vn within the timeframe specified in the contract.

CEMACOSG is not liable for indirect damages, consequential losses, or loss of profit arising from use of products contrary to published technical guidelines. CEMACOSG's maximum liability in any circumstances shall not exceed the value of the relevant shipment. We are not liable for delay or failure to perform obligations due to force majeure events including natural disasters, epidemics, sudden regulatory changes, or raw material supply chain disruptions beyond CEMACOSG's control.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam. In the event of a dispute, both parties shall first attempt resolution through negotiation within 30 days. If negotiation is unsuccessful, the dispute shall be referred to the competent People's Court in Ho Chi Minh City. The language of all legal proceedings shall be Vietnamese.
