CEMACOSG's Calcium Chloride 1,000g Hanging Set (4 sachets × 250g) with non-woven fabric and galvanised hooks is an ultra-high-performance container desiccant solution — each set absorbs a total of 2,000–3,000 g of moisture vapour (equivalent to 2–3 litres of condensed water), handling 40HC or 20-ft containers carrying high-moisture cargo such as unprocessed agricultural products, green timber or coastal-origin goods. The galvanised steel hooks allow suspension from container cross-bars at 2.1–2.3 m height to capture moisture at the ceiling condensation point.

Practical Applications

• Frozen seafood in reefer containers: Fish and shrimp in insulated foam trays — the reefer container door opened at a hot and humid destination port causes immediate condensation on cargo surfaces. CaCl₂ 1,000g sets pre-hung in the reefer cavity absorb the flash condensation burst in the critical first 30–60 minutes as container temperature rises from −18°C to ambient.
• Industrial cold stores & pharmaceutical clean rooms: API storage rooms and medical device warehouses — Southern Vietnam monsoon RH can reach 95%.
