Air Cushion Foam Filler

CEMACOSG air cushion foam is an efficient and lightweight void-fill solution for product boxes and containers — more effective per gram than EPS foam or newspaper fill. The air inside each cushion absorbs shocks during loading and transit, protecting fragile goods. Combine with silica gel desiccant sachets placed in the same box for comprehensive cargo protection.

Technical Specifications

• Material: Multi-layer polyethylene film, auto-inflate or hand-pump
• Standard cushion sizes: 100 × 200 mm, 200 × 300 mm (by order)
• Inflation pressure: 0.5–0.8 bar (hand pump or electric pump compatible)
• Tensile strength: ≥ 15 N/cm (does not burst under normal shipping conditions)
• Light weight: one 200×300 mm cushion weighs ~15 g — 40% lighter than EPS foam of the same volume

Usage Instructions

Inflate to recommended pressure (0.5–0.8 bar) before placing in the box. Fill void space on all four sides and above the product. Do not over-inflate — leave approximately 20% volume headroom for thermal expansion during shipping. Check for air leaks before sealing the box.
