PE Foam Sheet for Packaging

CEMACOSG PE Foam sheet is an internal packaging liner — placed directly around the product to absorb impact shocks and provide an additional moisture barrier supplementing the silica gel or clay desiccant inside the box. Polyethylene foam is lightweight, water-resistant, odorless and non-toxic — safe for direct contact with sensitive surfaces including LCD screens, tempered glass, polished wood and premium textiles.

• Density: 18–30 kg/m³ (thickness dependent)

Usage Instructions

Cut to box dimensions. Line four sides and the bottom of the box before placing the product. Combine with a silica gel desiccant sachet inside the box for long-term humidity control. Store foam rolls away from temperatures above 50°C and direct sunlight.
