PE Shrink Film for Pallets

CEMACOSG PE shrink film is an industry-standard pallet wrapping material, typically used in combination with container desiccant products for comprehensive cargo protection. Heat-shrink PE film creates a skin-tight seal around the pallet after heat application, reducing cargo shift, impact damage and surface moisture penetration during loading operations and transit.

Technical Specifications

• Material: Low-to-medium density polyethylene (LDPE/MDPE)
• Thickness: 30–150 μm depending on specification
• Roll width: 300 mm–600 mm (by order)
• Shrink temperature: 80–120°C (heat gun or tunnel)
• Transparency: > 90% (cargo labels visible without removing film)

Usage Instructions

Wrap 2–3 base layers before wrapping the pallet body. Apply heat evenly 360° using a heat gun or shrink tunnel. Inspect the pallet after shrinking — film must be uniformly taut with no large air pockets. Store rolls away from direct sunlight and temperatures above 40°C.
